London Stock Exchange names Advanced Computer Software Group as one of the UK’s 1,000 most inspirational
Market leading software business, Advanced Computer Software Group plc (Advanced) has been named in the London Stock Exchange Group’s ‘1,000 companies to inspire Britain’ report.
The landmark report is a celebration of some of the UK’s most exciting and dynamic small and medium-sized enterprises from more than 100 sectors.
The list includes companies which demonstrate strong, on-going growth, with a turnover of between £6m and £250m. As well as identifying 1,000 companies, the report examines the opportunities and challenges facing SMEs and looks at the sectors and trends that will shape the future of the UK economy.
Vin Murria, CEO Advanced Computer Software Group says: “We are proud to have been included in the ‘1,000 companies to inspire Britain’ report. Advanced has grown from zero to circa £450 million market capitalisation in just five years and we expect further growth in 2014.
“Being named in the London Stock Exchange’s report is a clear recognition of Advanced’s strong growth potential and the quality of the solutions and services we provide to our customers in the private, public and not for profit sectors.”
Advanced’s acquisition of CSH in March 2013 substantially strengthened and increased the scale of the Group’s business solutions and managed services divisions, bringing opportunities to cross-sell products and services into the SME market in addition to the professional services and NFP sectors.
Advanced, which has secured some major contract wins in 2013, employs 2,000 people and has more than 20,000 customers.
