Holiday Inn Express Hoylake Wins International Award
Holiday Inn Express Hoylake has been awarded a prestigious accolade at the annual international Hotel Stars Awards.
At the awards, recently held in Winchester, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) recognised hotels and people for their outstanding performance and contribution to the business and the local community in which they operate. The winners are the best performing IHG hotels and individuals across Europe.
At the ceremony Hoylake’s Holiday Inn Express was one of only two UK-based Holiday Inn Express hotels awarded on the night, taking home the Torchbearer Award - an award which recognises hotels that have achieved the highest levels of excellence through outstanding service. The guests at these hotels have responded with extremely high guest satisfaction scores.
Matt Knight, general manager of Holiday Inn Express Hoylake, said:
“This award recognises all the hard work and team effort we’ve put in this year. We’re constantly striving to go the extra mile so guests can expect a consistently top notch experience when visiting our hotel and we’ll continue to work together to keep delivering the same experience each year.”
Didier Boidin, vice president of operations, Western Europe, said:
“We are fully committed to supporting and developing our people; our hotels are only as good as the people working in them. We aim to provide the right environment, support and inspiration they need to fulfil their capability and these awards are a reflection of the fantastic talent we have working in our hotels across Europe”
Holiday Inn Express Hoylake, with Marco’s New York Italian restaurant, is located at The Kings Gap, Wirral, CH47 1HE. For enquiries visit www.hiexpresshoylake.co.uk.
