“I’m really looking forward to being part of this ambitious team as Refractiv undergoes a rapid expansion.”
Kate added: “I’m joining Refractiv at a really exciting time for the business and can’t wait to roll my sleeves up and help spread the word about the great services Refractiv has to offer”.
Managing director, Richard Atkinson, said: “Both David and Kate bring exactly the right experience to Refractiv and have already made a strong impact.
“David joins the board at a pivotal time and his City and corporate finance experience will be extremely important in implementing our expansion plans. It’s great to see the firm continue to grow and we plans to announce further additions to the team in the New Year.”
