IT firm Alscient move into Yorkshire House after £2 million refurbishment.

West Yorkshire IT consultancy Alscient have leased penthouse offices in the iconic Yorkshire House in the heart of Leeds.

Alscient, who are relocating from Whitehall Road in Leeds, have taken 2,410 sq ft of prime office space, including a terrace balcony overlooking the city, on the 5th floor of Yorkshire House.

Yorkshire House has just undergone a £2 million refurbishment, creating some of the finest Grade A office space in Leeds. Rents range from £21 per sq ft to £27.50 per sq ft.

The flagship seven-storey building, which dominates Greek Street and East Parade in the professional and financial core of the city, is owned by the Apia Regional Office Fund and Asset Managed by Hansteen Holdings plc. Office space is available for occupiers to lease now with suites ranging from 1,500 sq ft to 18,000 sq ft.
