de Poel Clarity completes landmark acquisitions
de Poel Clarity (“Clarity”) – the independent and vendor neutral expert in managing temporary workforces in the NHS and private health and care sectors – has (through its parent company Brookfield Rose Limited) completed the landmark acquisitions of compliance companies CompliWithUs Limited and Compliance Passport Limited.
The acquisitions were completed in December and are a first for Clarity, which launched in July 2013.
Compliance expert Craig Tibbles will continue to support the businesses and remain in his role, supported by an experienced team from Clarity.
CompliWithUs offers a fully-comprehensive compliance solution for medical staffing agencies, the independent health sector and the NHS. The solution is a ‘one-stop-shop’ for managing and providing all the mandatory compliance components that are required of temporary and permanent health and social care staff and includes an innovative ‘pay as you go’ offer.
Andrew Preston, Managing Director of Clarity, said: “CompliWithUs and Compliance Passport are a natural fit with Clarity due to the unparalleled breadth of their service offering that reduces risks to patients and staff.Through CompliWithUs, agencies and employers – be it NHS Trusts, local authorities or independent health and social care providers – will be able to save up to 50 per cent of their current compliance spend, which is a truly exciting prospect.”
Compliance Passport Ltd provides online ‘Professional Passports’, which store information about each candidate and the status of their compliance. This information can be securely accessed remotely by candidates, agencies and potential employers alike.
Craig Tibbles, said: “We’re delighted to become part of the de Poel family and the Brookfield Rose Group. Our common goal is to assist clients in delivering a value service with the highest standards of care.”
de Poel Clarity manages the relationships between NHS Trusts and a select panel of recruitment agencies, by introducing clear, effective and cost-saving solutions. It was formed in July 2013 on the back of significant success handling the provision of non-permanent staff of all levels in the private health and care markets, including Acute Medical Doctors, Psychiatrists, GPs, Nursing staff, Allied Healthcare Professionals, Medical Secretaries, Porters, Drivers, Caterers and Administrative and Clerical workers.
The service is supported by de Poel’s innovative software, e-tips®, which reduces handling costs, and provides NHS Trusts with instant access to spend/hours/savings and recruitment agency performance data.
