Law Firm Celebrates a Trio of Trust Law Specialists
Harrogate law firm, Raworths now has three solicitors admitted to full membership of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). The firm has announced the qualification of Stephanie Pennington, a wills and probate solicitor who joined Raworths in 2010 from HSBC Trust Company (UK) Limited.
Stephanie has completed the rigorous examination process over a period of four years and joins Raworths solicitors Maureen Gilroy-Thomas and Kate Maybury in full membership of STEP. Stephanie’s specialisms are will writing, estate administration and accounting, estate planning, executorship and probate, mental capacity issues, probate, trust administration and trust formation.
STEP’s members include lawyers, accountants, trust specialists and other practitioners and its members aim to help individuals and families plan for their futures, specialising in a wide range of activities, from drafting wills to more complex issues surrounding international families, protection of the vulnerable, family businesses and philanthropic giving.
Managing partner, Zoe Robinson says, “The level of expertise which membership of STEP demands is a mark of the very highest standards of private client practice within the profession. That we can offer our clients three such professionals to assist with their probate and trust matters is a source of great pride. We should congratulate all three on their remarkable achievement which sets them apart from other practitioners in the area.”
