Pavis looks to the future with headquarters move
Pavis Financial Management has relocated to 8 Water Street in Liverpool as it prepares for further expansion.
The firm, previously based at Federation House in Hope Street, has reported record client growth since the turn of the year and has now agreed a 1500 sq ft letting at the refurbished building, which is owned by Threadneedle Property Investments.
Managing director Bob Newton says the decision to move and the scale of the letting demonstrate the company’s commitment to growing its client and staff numbers in the coming years.
He said: “Having been established in Liverpool for 21 years, we have begun to see a marked increase in new enquiries as more clients come to understand the breadth of our service capability.
“In order to realise the potential within the business, we felt it was important to reconsider our accommodation needs in terms of size, location and amenities for our clients and employees.
“Our new premises are in the heart of the commercial district and give us the necessary flexibility and space to upscale our operation and gain further market share in the city region and beyond.”
Mason Owen acted as marketing agents on Pavis’ behalf.
Pavis is a firm of independent chartered financial planners founded in 1992 and advises clients on investments totalling in excess of £100m.
