Customer loyalty goes a long way for Persimmon Homes
A leading house builder is celebrating selling a fourth home to one of its loyal customers.
39-year-old Jennifer Hogarth recently purchased her fourth Persimmon home at the house builder’s Copper Beech Grove development in Larbert.
Jennifer confirmed that she has only ever bought new-build homes, saying: “I’ve always liked Persimmon Homes’ properties. The style and quality you get for the price you pay is fantastic.”
Jennifer, who moved into her brand new four-bedroom detached home with her two sons, Nicky (12) and Jay (10) last October was surprised to have been able to afford the house of her dreams: “I didn’t think I’d be able to afford the Balerno style of house as it was out of my price range so I was thrilled when Persimmon offered me a great incentive which allowed me to buy it.”
The college lecturer was so pleased with her experience with Persimmon Homes that she wrote a letter to the Managing Director, telling him so.
In the letter she talks of how stress-free the house buying process was for her this time round, and of the exceptional service she received from the staff at Persimmon Homes. “I credit this experience very much to your site manager, Frank Martin. He clearly sets high standards for workmanship on the site, and his friendly ‘can-do’ attitude is just brilliant.
“I can only say good things about your sales advisor Janet too. Janet has been excellent, in all my dealings with her she has been extremely friendly, helpful and completely professional.
“In my opinion every site should have a Janet and Frank!”
Jennifer bought her first Persimmon home with her husband in 1998, when she was just 24 years old. The couple lived together in the three-bedroom semi-detached house in Carronshore for five years but decided to move to a bigger home after she gave birth to their second son in 2003.
The family lived in their second Persimmon home, a four-bedroom detached house in Larbert, for three years before deciding to look for a more spacious home for their two sons to play in. In 2007 they moved in to a six-bedroom townhouse in the Newcarron area of Falkirk where they remained for six and half years. “The kids loved it. We used the two bedrooms on the top floor as a games rooms and TV room which was ideal because they could play upstairs and we wouldn’t hear any of the noise they made.” Having separated from her husband last year, Jennifer decided to move back to Larbert. “I’ve always been keen on the area. It’s close to the shops and has great schools. My son Nicky goes to Larbert High School which is one of the top schools in the area.
“I fell in love with the development immediately. My favourite feature is the tree-lined entrance to the site. It not only looks pretty but also gives you a sense of privacy.”
Lorraine Clelland, Sales Director at Persimmon Homes East Scotland said: “We take pride in the service that we offer our customers and get a great deal of pleasure in seeing Mrs Hogarth so happy with her fourth new Persimmon home.”
Copper Beech Grove features an exciting range of one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three, four and five-bedroom homes set in the grounds of the former Bellsdyke Hospital in Kinnaird Village, Larbert. The homes benefit from an abundance of open space, woodland walks and mature trees with a newly opened primary school making it the perfect location for families and those who enjoy the great outdoors.
A third phase of homes has just been released by Persimmon Chestnut Grove, featuring 40 traditional, semi-detached and detached three, four and five- bedroom homes from the popular Scottish Town range, with prices starting from just £119,995.
