‘JCS Cleaning North West’ in the top 4% of UK cleaning firms.

The economic downturn of recent years has seen a negative effect on the cleaning services market but not for North West based JCS Cleaning. Market research data has revealed that the commercial cleaning company finds itself in the 4% biggest cleaning businesses out of an estimated 33,600 across the UK.*

With financial worries being a worry for many businesses, commercial cleaning has been one of the first services to be cut in an effort to reduce costs but this hasn’t affected JCS Cleaning. In fact, 2014 has already seen several new contracts completed with many bars, restaurants and offices across Merseyside and Manchester.

“We’re very lucky that we have a great relationship with our existing clients, who know just how hard we work to deliver a full service and cater to their needs,” Company Director, James Morris revealed, “We’re fortunate enough to work with some great businesses such as The San Carlo group, Living Ventures LTD and The Bierkeller and with the leisure industry, word of mouth can be what makes a reputation so we’re obviously doing something right as a lot of new clients come from referrals.”

Although specialising in working with bars, restaurants and clubs; JCS Cleaning NW also provides services for offices, doctors surgeries, retails store and also builders cleans - the most recent being the brand new Forever 21 store in Liverpool City Centre.

With more and more development occurring across Manchester and Merseyside, it’s a great time for JCS Cleaning NW and they should see their workforce increase even more as the year goes on.

* There are an estimated 33,600 cleaning firms in England, Scotland and Wales, employing 434,400 workers, according to Asset Skills. This figure does not include individual self-employed cleaners. The majority of cleaning firms, 86% (28,000), have ten or fewer staff; 10% have between 11 and 49 staff; 3% have between 50 and 199 staff; and only 1% have more than 200 staff.
