Fall in Love at Middridge Vale Showhome Opening

Middridge Vale, the new development from North East homebuilder Dunelm Homes will be opening the doors to its newest showhome on the 15th February as the season of love and romance brings with it style and comfort at Shildon.

The Durham housetype (from £179,995) will be unveiled as the first showhome at Middridge Vale, welcoming visitors to experience love at first sight in the beautiful surroundings of the interior designed property.

Middridge Vale offers a range of high specification homes close to Bishop Auckland priced from £159,995 and will feature some of Dunelm Homes’ most popular house types, including the four bedroom Arundel (from £159,995), with integral garage) and four bedroom Rochester (£179,995).
