Search Marketing Group to repeat prescription for their Spring SEO Surgery
A Manchester-based digital marketing agency has announced its Spring Surgery is going to be held at the Hilton Skylounge in Piccadilly on 18th March.
The Search Marketing Group began running these events in 2013 and they met with immediate success, providing a platform for aspirational companies in the area to explore the world of search marketing – with presentations on how to maximise the success of their online presence.
Marketing Manager, Kristian Petterson said, ““There’s virtually no industry vertical left untouched by the internet and any company looking to prosper in the 21st Century needs to engage with the digital world and maximise their online impact.
“At SMG, we appreciate that the success of a search marketing campaign relies heavily on a mutual understanding of strategy between us and our clients – as such, we’re keen to share knowledge and best practice in a rapidly changing industry”.
The initial surgery, held at Great St John Street Hotel, Manchester, was aimed at providing attendees with the building blocks of search marketing, along with the chance to investigate their own digital marketing opportunities and gain some expertise. The Spring Surgery will build on these foundations with further entry-level introductions to subjects, along with more advanced practical advice.
SMG are also keen to maintain this informal atmosphere with scope for break-out consultancy where appropriate. Emma Arnold, from Potter Rees, was particularly complimentary about the atmosphere of the Winter Surgery - “I liked the intimate setting, relaxed atmosphere and [SMG} were all so friendly and approachable – I found the event very informative”.
The day will have presentations on a variety of areas within the industry – from pay per click to link development, from content marketing to social media management – with a particular emphasis on return on investment. These presentations will be interspersed with informal round table discussions.
It promises to be an informative and productive day in a stunning environment. There are limited spaces for the day so attendance is by invitation only – if you are interested in attending and would like more information, please contact a member of the SMG team on 0161 935 8338 to discuss further.
