New CFO for Grundfos
Danish pump manufacturers Grundos, who operate a Sunderland plant, have appointed a new chief financial officer.
45-year-old Mikael Geday has previously worked for DONG Energy and Rockwool International, and will become CFO at the end of April.
Geday has previously worked as a lawyer in Aarhus and Bruxelles and holds a Master of Laws and PhD from the University of Aarhus.
Commenting on his new role, Geday said: “It is a dream job becoming CFO for Grundfos - a company that is internationally recognized as one of the greatest and most successful ones in Denmark, Mikael Geday states.
“I have a great respect for the results Grundfos has achieved, and I am looking forward to being part of the managerial team who is to realize the company’s potential in development and growth.”
