Whitby Help-to-Buy development will bring investment "for many years to come"
The new coastal development, Scoresby Park, has seen David Wilson Homes deliver 75 homes to the area.
Visitors to the launch of the development were offered advice on how to access the Help to Buy scheme being offered across all properties at the development – meaning the Scoresby Park homes can be purchased with a deposit from as low as 5%
In a statement to Bdaily the developer said: “We at David Wilson Homes always endeavour to utilise a variety of local contractors and suppliers which will serve as a welcome boost to the local economy.
“In addition to this, the new development will provide two new Sales Advisor positions to the local job market. The new development in Whitby will also attract families who will be investing in the area for many years to come.”
The development is situated approximately a mile to the South of Whitby town centre and is well served by local schools. It is located immediately off the A171, the main arterial route to Scarborough.
