Bradley Hall appointed to developer’s North East sites
North East chartered surveying firm Bradley Hall, has been appointed by well known developer City and Northern to advise on various sites across the North East.
The firm has been appointed to market various office spaces across the region.
The established sites include Bankside office development adjacent to the MetroCentre, city centre offices at Maybrook House, Newcastle along with modern office units at Blue Sky Way, Monkton Business Park, Hebburn.
The premises, which start at 800 sq ft, have been finished to an extremely high standard and benefit from being in strategic and well connected locations.
Bradley Hall is able to offer tenants a variety of space, with attractive incentives such as 50% off rent for two years in certain locations.
Director Neil Hart commented: “There has been a significant amount of interest seen in the properties since they have been put on the market, with the quality and affordability of the space being the main driver behind the enquiries.”
