Recruitment agency Eden Brown moves into new Leeds city centre offices

Acting on behalf of Threadneedle, CBRE’s Leeds office agency team has let 3,800 sq ft of office accommodation on the 7th floor of 8 Park Row to recruitment agency, Eden Brown.

Eden Brown, who signed a five year lease, was represented by GN2.

The central Leeds office building has 23,000 sq ft of office accommodation and its most recent new lease was with digital media company, PERFORM who occupy 3,800 sq ft on the 5th floor.

Alex Hailey, Senior Surveyor at CBRE Leeds, said: “8 Park Row is undoubtedly a prime business address with a host of neighbouring banks, bars and restaurants as well as the retail quarter on its doorstep .

“This superb location and the quality of the Grade A office accommodation within the building proved an excellent match for Eden Brown’s requirements.”

CBRE is joint agent on 8 Park Row with Gerald Eve and BNP Paribas. It is a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Los Angeles, California.
