Medplaya.com hotel group earn prestigious TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence
Five hotels operated by Spanish hotel group Medplaya.com have been singled out for providing holidaymakers with impeccable service by travel review website TripAdvisor.
The four-star Hotel Pez Espada in Torremolinos and the recently refurbished Hotel Riviera in Benalmadena, plus also from Benidorm the Hotel Ruidor (three star), Hotel Regente (three star) and Hotel Rio Park (two star) have been granted the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence.
The award recognises superior standards of customer service and hospitality based on customer reviews. Only properties which rate on average four stars (from a five-star rating system) are eligible and only 10% of businesses which appear on TripAdvisor currently hold the certificate.
Jan Guile, marketing/commercial manager at Medplaya.com, said the accolade was a reflection of the hotel chain’s dedication to ensuring guests enjoy the relaxing break they deserve in the Spanish Costas.
“Not only does this award recognise our commitment to delivering the perfect holiday experience,” she said. “But the fact it is based on customer reviews makes it all the more special.
“Our guests are at the heart of everything we do. Their holiday is their break, their escape, and we have to deliver that to the standard that they expect.
“Being awarded the Certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor based on customer feedback means we are achieving exactly that. We are very grateful to all our guests for completing the reviews on TripAdvisor.
