Miller welcomes buyers to latest Northumberland development
Miller Homes North East has unveiled its latest development in Northumberland offering home buyers a range of 190 high-quality homes set alongside mature trees and open farmland.
Visitors were welcomed to Wheatfields in Seaton Delaval recently as the leading housebuilder opened the doors to its new development on Ambridge Way for the first time.
Flanked by open farmland and mature trees, Wheatfields offers prospective buyers a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes in a semi-rural setting. Committed to building sustainable communities, Miller Homes will also create areas of public open space at its new development.
Miller Homes North East’s associate sales director, Karl Morton said: “As many house hunters look for a new home that will help them to achieve an enhanced work life balance we are seeing heightened interest in sites such as Wheatfields which are proving very popular.
“Located just three miles from Northumberland’s stunning coastline and adjacent to open farmland on the edge of Seaton Delaval village, Wheatfields is also within easy commuting distance of Newcastle City Centre, making it a great location to settle down in.
“The development is also ideally situated near to a number of local amenities including the new Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital in Cramlington, which is due to open next year.”
Currently available as part of the first release of homes at Wheatfields is the three-bedroom Tolkien, priced from £174,950, and a selection of four-bedroom homes including The Esk, priced from £219,950, The Glenmuir, priced from £239,950, The Buchan, priced from £239,950, and The Crompton, priced from £259,950.
Buyers who choose a home from Miller Homes, which retained its five star rating in the National Home Builders Federation New Home Customer Satisfaction Survey in 2013, can benefit from a two year customer care service from the leading housebuilder, a 10 year industry guarantee offered by The National House Building Council and improved energy efficiency.
Miller Homes is also offering a number of purchase options at its latest development, including its Home Exchange scheme and the Government-backed Help to Buy scheme.
Help to Buy offers assistance for buyers who only have a small deposit of around 5% deposit through the provision of a 20% equity loan from the Government for those who meet the qualifying criteria, meaning buyers could only need to secure up to a 75% mortgage from a provider.
For existing home owners, Miller’s Home Exchange scheme allows people to swap their current home for one of Miller’s selected plots, regardless of whether they are looking to upsize, downsize or swap like-for-like – no differentials required.
The scheme offers a cash buyer for your property and also eliminates advertising costs and estate agents’ fees. Once Miller Homes confirms that a property qualifies for Home Exchange, it could make an offer on your home within seven days and once a price has been agreed and a new Miller home to move to has been chosen, the transaction can move quickly.
For more information on Wheatfields contact the development’s sales centre, open Thursdays to Sundays between 10:30am and 5:30pm and Mondays from 12:30pm to 5:30pm, on 0808 250 4817 or visit www.millerhomes.co.uk.
Help to Buy loans are provided by the Government’s Homes & Community Agency (HCA) and are secured over your new home. YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON A MORTGAGE OR ANY OTHER DEBT SECURED ON IT.
