Leeds CBRE secures new tenant for Kings House office
The Office Agency Team at CBRE Leeds has secured a letting to Home Fundraising at the prominent Grade 11 listed Kings House office building in Leeds City Centre.
The National door-to-door fundraising organisation has signed a 5 year lease for 2,500 sq ft of office accommodation on the lower ground floor of Kings House.
The 15,200 sq ft, 6 storey Kings House building is situated on the corner of King Street and Wellington Street in the heart of the City’s business district and has been fully refurbished to offer modern offices behind an historic façade.
Existing occupiers within Kings House include Skipton Business Finance and the Royal College of Midwifes.
Ben White, Surveyor at CBRE’s Leeds office, said; “Kings House is an excellent example of where a traditional building has been successfully modernised to offer contemporary space whilst retaining its character.
“The unique office space continues to appeal to firms who appreciate both the aesthetics of the building and its key location.”
Sanderson Weatherall is joint agent with CBRE on Kings House.
