North East PRs win work with home care provider
A North East PR agency has secured work with home care provider Right At Home Tyneside to promote a regional campaign challenging standards of care for the region’s elderly population.
Durham-based Onyx Health will help Right At Home Tyneside to run “The Great North Care Debate Survey” - a survey designed to identify the views of over 500 people who have had experiences in sourcing care for their family members.
Right At Home Tyneside owner David Baxter said: “I frequently meet people who come to Right at Home Tyneside looking for much better, personalised care, but it is typically only after experiencing unacceptably poor care that they take this first step towards finding much improved levels of care.
“What is concerning is that so many people are not demanding about the types of care they receive because they do not recognise the gulf between poor and good care practice.”
Those who want to participate in the survey can do so here.
