Minister opens Saltaire HR firm's new offices after expansion
Saltaire-based HR firm AdviserPlus has expanded into new offices to keep up with expansion, and are planning to employ another 140 people.
Minister of State for Disabled People, Mike Penning MP officially opened the new offices of HR specialists, AdviserPlus.
AdviserPlus provide professional advisory services to companies in all sectors ranging from banking, telecommunications to rail sectors.

Mike Penning was in the region for the Disability Confident Conference taking place in Leeds, where he took to the stage as one of several keynote speakers to encourage employers to become more disability confident.
Mike Penning MP said: “Disability confident is about helping employers to understand that small changes in attitudes to employing someone with a disability can have a big impact on an organisation’s performance.
“AdviserPlus get that. They did a fantastic job of sponsoring the event in Leeds and I was really impressed to hear about how they were developing policies and procedures that encourage the recruitment and retention of disabled people”.
“I was very pleased to be invited to open their new office and very much enjoyed meeting the team.”
Speaking about their recent growth and expansion at their Saltaire offices, CEO of AdviserPlus, Chris Clarke, said: “We are a company in a hurry, with plans to recruit another 140 people in the next 18 months.
“Promoting disability confidence across the community is a key commitment for us as an organisation.
“We have developed an approach that drives inclusive behaviours and actions and that enables disabled people to reach their full potential here at AdviserPlus.
“This is an exciting time for the firm as we look to expand internationally and I feel confident that with our rich pool of talented employees we will achieve our ambitious growth plans.”
