Barratt Yorkshire West achieves 5 star rating 5 years in a row
Barratt Yorkshire West has achieved the maximum 5 star housebuilder rating in an annual customer satisfaction survey, run by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for the fifth year running.
The independent UK-wide survey, completed by 32,137 UK homebuyers during October 2012 to September 2013, revealed that over 90 per cent of all respondents would recommend Barratt Yorkshire Westto a friend.
Sam Wood, sales director at ’Barratt Yorkshire West, said: “We take an enormous amount of pride in the consistently high levels of quality and service that we deliver for our customers across the West Yorkshire area.
“It’s a great achievement for our employees to be recognised as leaders in customer service. We are passionate about the quality of the homes we build so it’s fantastic for everyone associated with Barratt Yorkshire West to be rewarded nationally in this way. “
Commenting on the national awards rating, Stewart Baseley - Executive Chairman of the HBF, said: “These results clearly demonstrate that consumers are overwhelmingly happy with the service housebuilders are delivering.
“The people who really matter – those who buy new homes as opposed to industry commentators – are giving us a clear thumbs up.”
