"Increasing demand" for industrial space as CBRE takes on Tingley site
The Industrial Agency team at CBRE Leeds has been appointed by E&A Properties to market an industrial unit with additional office building on a very generous 1.37 acre site off Dewsbury Road in Tingley, West Yorkshire.
Unit 2 Station Lane comprises a 6,322 sq ft detached warehouse unit with ancillary office block and secure yard area occupying a superb position adjacent to Junction 28 of the M62.
Dave Cato, associate director of Industrial Agency at CBRE’s Leeds office, said: “The Station Lane site presents an excellent opportunity for an occupier requiring superbly positioned industrial and office accommodation on a self-contained site with immediate access to the regional motorway network and close to Leeds city centre.
“We are witnessing increasing demand for opportunities of this nature with very limited supply as the market within the region continues to improve alongside occupier confidence.”
