Bailey & Co. is a new venture for estate agent Ben Bailey. Bailey & Co. will offer clients a distinct, personal and dedicated service with a unique and significant focus on tradition and a high level of support for the local economy.

The agency, which will open elegant and inviting premises on St George’s Terrace, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne on 1st April 2014, will deliver a personal, holistic service to clients.

Visitors to the beautiful, Edwardian–fronted home of Bailey & Co. will immediately recognise a departure from the standard agency model and a more tailored, locally-focused service; helping clients manoeuvre through the property market and ensuring the best value possible for their clients.

Bailey & Co.’s expanding portfolio focuses on some of the most desirable suburbs in Newcastle upon Tyne and in order to reward their clients, Bailey & Co. are delighted to offer the chance to five homeowners to sell their homes with 0% commission. The first five properties to reach a legal exchange of contracts will have their estate agency fee waived in its entirety thanks to Bailey & Co.’s ‘Sell for Free’ Campaign.
