A chance to celebrate spring in new home

Spring is in the air and a Teesside builder is hoping people will make their Easter extra special by choosing a new home which they could move into before the summer gets under way.

Statistics show that on average, during the past six months, it takes around 130 days to sell and complete, according to data from the Move with Us market review.

However Charles Church Teesside says that with part exchange people can move into their dream home in just six to eight weeks.

One development where the scheme is proving popular is The Ridings, a select development of three, four and five-bedroom homes in Willington.

Christine Cooper, sales and marketing director for Charles Church Teesside, said: “We believe part exchange can really benefit people at this time of year as everyone looking to move wants to be in before the summer. “If you are eligible for part exchange, we arrange at least two valuations, agree a market price and buy your existing property.

We aim to take the stress out of moving as there are no hidden marketing costs and no chains to break.“ Christine added: “We have highly-trained sales advisors on hand at our marketing suite to give buyers a real insight into the schemes available to help people move.”

The Ridings is in a superb location on the outskirts of Durham offering the best of both worlds, nestling in the picturesque Wear Valley, yet within easy reach of both Durham and Bishop Auckland, while the A68 offers a route to the Scottish border.
