Clough & Willis Gets Bury Business Community Thinking with Quiz & Raises £400 for Grace’s Place

Clough & Willis – the Bury based law firm - has once again been getting the local business community’s brain matter working overtime with the staging of its annual quiz which took place last night at Elton Vale Sports Club. Over 100 people attended - with 34 teams taking part - from across a whole variety of sectors including; financial institutions, accountants, property companies and media organisations.

Clough & Willis – which deals with both professional and corporate clients across the North West – has been hosting the event for over 10 years. This year, it also staged a collection and £400 was raised for Grace’s Place which is the new children’s hospice due to open on Dumers Lane in Radcliffe this September.

Shefali Talukdar – managing partner at Clough & Willis – said; “Every year, the quiz just gets more and more popular which is great to see. It’s a highlight of our calendar and 2014 was extra special as we were delighted with how much was raised for Grace’s Place which is set to help families in the local area.“

This year’s winning team was Handelsbanken followed by worthy runners up, Moscrops Insurance Brokers .
