Healthcare firm teams with accountants to deliver Innovative service

A North-East healthcare company has developed an innovative on-line system to improve patient care with an accountancy firm on-board to help deliver the service.

Cleveland Care Enterprise has teamed with Total Tax Solutions Accountants, in a bid to increase patient confidence when they pay through the online booking system.

The move comes as part of an expansion of Cleveland Care Enterprises’ dynamic platform, which has now completed its development stage.

Steve Mulrooney, Partner at Total Tax Solutions Accountants, said: “Our firm is delighted to join up with Cleveland Care Enterprise as they introduce their new and revolutionary on-line package.

“They have developed an innovative and forward thinking system, that gives the control to the client, ensuring they get the best value of care for their money.”

Registered Manager of Cleveland Care Enterprise, Natasha Peacock, believes using a reputable accountancy firm will improve the service they can offer.

Natasha said: “We’re excited to work with Total Tax Solutions Accountants and we hope this will provide our clients with more security when using our booking system.”

The system is currently being trialed by a handful of Cleveland Care Enterprises’ patients and partners, who have already noticed its benefits.

Due to the platform operating on cloud software, it can be accessed on any computer, tablet or smartphone, for maximum usability on-the-go.

Natasha said: “If you’re in another country and you’re wondering whether your family member has care organised, or if you need to make an amendment, then all you have to do is log in and search the system.

“By fusing the healthcare and digital industries together, we’ve been able to create a system that will revolutionise the way that we run our business.”

The online booking system aims to be the focal point of Cleveland Care Enterprises’ new website and will enable its users to access it instantaneously.

Cleveland Care Enterprise will manage the healthcare professionals and carers on the system, allowing clients to select and book support sessions with their preferred care provider, or care support team.

The goal is to offer greater independence and choice with the type of care they receive, instead of assuming a one-size-fits-all package.

Natasha also hopes that the system will operate as a network and improve correspondence between the business and their clients.

“We always wanted to create a platform that helps connect ourselves to our client base,” she said.

“As a private care service, we want to be totally transparent and offer our client’s the best possible service we can.”
