Network Housing Group appoints Morgan Hunt as managed service partner
Morgan Hunt has been awarded the managed service contract for Network Housing Group following a successful tender.
Network Housing Group comprises a number of Housing Associations as well as their commercial arm, Network Living. Collectively they make up one of the largest housing associations in London and the South East managing 19,300 homes across 36 Boroughs.
The managed service contract supports their ‘Fit for Futures’ restructuring programme. Part of this programme will be bringing together a number of contact centres into one at their Riversmead location in Hertfordshire. Under a large volume recruitment contract, as tier 1 supplier, Morgan Hunt will manage a selection of specialist tier 2 agencies.
Of the contract win Sue Cooper, Managing Director at Morgan Hunt says “We are delighted to have been awarded this contract. Network Housing Group is a registered charity that delivers core services directly within our areas of expertise in social housing and property management, so we are confident that we can not only deliver to an exceptional standard, but also help them through a challenging phase in their restructure.”
As an experienced managed services provider Morgan Hunt will build a bespoke job mini recruitment portal for Network Housing Group and manage jointly branded advertising in traditional and online media. Other recent contract wins include LeSoCo and Southern Housing.
Network Housing Group employs over 450 people and covers an area as wide as; Hillingdon to the West, Havering to the East, to the North, Enfield and to the South, Croydon and Bromley. “We have a big remit with big plans but are very confident that Morgan Hunt are the right partners to help us deliver service to our beneficiaries.” says Yvonne Akinmodun, Assistant Director of Human Resources , Network Housing Group.
