Car wrap company and distribution firm expand into Leeds estate
Property agents JLL and Carter Towler have assisted landlord CBRE Global Investors in attracting two new occupiers at Overland Park, Gelderd Road in Leeds.
Brown Brothers Distribution Ltd has taken 6,500 sq ft of warehouse and office space on a ten year lease at Unit 9. In addition, Totally Dynamic Leeds has taken a 4,900 sq ft unit at Unit 5 on the estate
Ross Dixon from CBRE Global Investors’ appointed asset manager, Charles Dixon Asset Management, said: “We are pleased to have worked closely with our client’s appointed letting agents to dispose of another two units at this great estate.
“This takes the total space let in the last seven months to 68,000 sq ft and only leaves a couple of units left.”
Lauren O’Toole, senior surveyor in JLL’s Leeds office, added: “This recent success at Overland Park reflects improving economic conditions which is translating in to increasing industrial property demand particularly for smaller sized units.”
Overland Park, which comprises a total of 13 new and refurbished units, benefits from extensive frontage to the main A62 Gelderd Road, connecting Junction 27 of the M62 with Leeds Outer Ring Road approximately four miles to the north east.
