Beaumont Legal launches new website

Beaumont Legal, one of the fastest-growing law practices in Yorkshire, has launched a new website built entirely with modern clients in mind to speed up cases and simplify the sometimes complicated legal process.

As one of the first legal firms in the UK to launch an online case tracker for those moving home, Beaumont Legal has now built on this function with a complete redesign, enabling clients to easily track the progress of their case through mobiles, tablets or PCs.

New sections have also been added to make access easier for people looking for legal services in the firm’s other core areas of commercial law, dispute resolution, plus wills and probate.

The updated website, which has undergone a visual and functional revamp, offers users a clean and modern design which works seamlessly across multiple devices offering the complete toolkit of online legal functions.

It also features a series of technical changes that transform the user experience, including an online conveyancing tool which enables customers to get a quote and instruct a solicitor to start work on a case immediately.

Also added is a new ‘Request a Callback’ function, which recognises the fact that modern consumers often prefer to be called at their convenience rather than wait to be connected through a switchboard.

Roy Cusworth, Senior Partner at Beaumont Legal, said: “The way people access legal services is changing all the time and we’re constantly adapting our systems to help make things easier for all our clients.

“Some people still find accessing legal services daunting but we’re making it as simple as possible. Everything is focussed on making sure existing clients can get updates easily and that potential clients know that we can help and are easy to approach, whether they’ve got a simple query on wills or moving home, or a complex dispute or commercial matter.

“Many of our conveyancing customers check the status of their case on a mobile while commuting in a morning, on a PC in their lunch break and a tablet in the evening; they wanted a site that works seamlessly across all platforms so that’s what we now provide.”

The new website also features a ‘News and Advice’ section, focusing on a wide variety of topics within the legal profession, as well as a specific recruitment page aimed at supporting the company’s current recruitment drive and growth ambitions.
