New housetypes unveiled on Tyneside

With space top of the agenda for many of the region’s home buyers, Miller Homes North East could hold the key as it unveils a range of new housetypes on Tyneside.

The leading housebuilder has introduced three brand new four-bedroom homes at its flagship development, Park View in Gateshead.

With each of the homes presented across three floors and offering four well-proportioned bedrooms, a single garage and a parking space, The Brampton, priced from £275,700, The Stewart, priced from £290,700, and The Holland, priced from £300,950, will offer even more choice for house hunters looking for their forever home.

Miller Homes North East’s associate sales director, Karl Morton, said: “The launch of our new housetypes follows continued sales at Park View and growing optimism from potential buyers.

“Situated in the highly sought-after neighbourhood of Low Fell and built to the highest quality, these generous housetypes have been designed with modern flexible family living in mind and embrace one of the most important aspects for many buyers; plenty of space.

“Buyers can also be confident of our commitment to customer satisfaction after Miller Homes recently retained our five star rating in the Home Builders Federation National New Home Customer Satisfaction Survey for the third consecutive year.”

Across the water in Newcastle, at Greenvale Park Miller Homes has released a new phase of homes, which sees the reintroduction of The Carron and The Beckett.

Back by popular demand, the three-bedroom detached Carron with integral single garage is now available priced from £184,950, whilst The Beckett, a four-bedroom townhouse with integral single garage, is priced from £185,950.

To help the region’s home buyers make their next move, Miller Homes offers a range of purchase incentive schemes including the Government-backed Help to Buy scheme and Miller’s Home Exchange.

Help to Buy offers assistance for buyers who only have a small deposit of around 5% through the provision of a 20% equity loan from the Government for those who meet the qualifying criteria, meaning buyers could only need to secure up to a 75% mortgage from a provider.

For those with an existing property to sell, Home Exchange from Miller allows people to swap their current home for one of Miller’s selected plots, regardless of whether they are looking to upsize, downsize or swap like-for-like.

The scheme offers a cash buyer for the property and also eliminates advertising costs and estate agents’ fees. Once Miller Homes confirms that a property qualifies for Home Exchange, an offer could be made within seven days and once a price has been agreed and a new Miller home to move to has been chosen, the transaction can progress quickly.
