Beaumont Legal declared UK’s best law firm for first time buyers
Beaumont Legal, one of the country’s fastest growing law firms, has been voted Best Law Firm for Conveyancing for the second consecutive year, after the Wakefield-based solicitors clinched top honours at the 2014 First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards.
Held at the Landmark Hotel, London on Friday 25th April, the awards celebrate those who are helping people get onto the housing ladder, with all categories voted for by readers of First Time Buyer magazine. Beaumont Legal was one of three conveyancing firms selected by a panel of industry experts to make the final voting shortlist, before final voting was opened up to readers.
Entrants in each category had to show how they cater specifically to the requirements of first time buyers, who need more guidance, care and support as they go through the often-stressful process of finding a new home. TV presenter Nicki Chapman handed the award to Beaumont Legal and highlighted how the firm gives customers information in simple, easy-to-understand terms and retains the quality, personal service that can often be lost in volume conveyancing.
Nick Masheder, Partner and Head of Conveyancing at Beaumont Legal, said: “It’s fantastic to win an award like this for the second year in a row. Everyone at Beaumont Legal works hard to help people move home as easily and quickly as possible.
“We’ve maintained quality, solicitor-led teams specifically to make sure we can keep providing the personal guidance through the process that clients want, especially those going through the process for the first time. It’s great to have an accolade that shows how much this is still appreciated by all our customers at a time when the housing market is enjoying such a significant rise.”
Beaumont Legal is at the forefront of the provision of modern legal services with a reputation for providing a quality, honest service. The firm is continuing to expand its residential conveyancing business in 2014 as well as building its provision of service in the areas of litigation, commercial property plus wills and probate.
