North East PR firm scoop major national contract
Cramlington-based PR firm Round Table Solutions has secured a national contract with business coaching organisation, Oxford Innovation.
Round Table Solutions, which is run by former Rio Tinto corporate affairs director, John McCabe, will now handle Oxford’s PR and stakeholder engagement activities.
John, who travelled to Cornwall to pitch for the business, has been handling Oxford Innovation’s North East PR since June 2013 and will now look after the UK-wide account.
He said: “Oxford Innovation was one of my first clients when I started the business so to have my remit extended from the North East to the rest of the UK is extremely satisfying as it is an endorsement of what we’ve achieved together so far.
“I’ve seen at first hand the value of the coaching Oxford Innovation provides to its clients so this is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside these leaders in their field.”
Andrew Finley, commercial Director of Oxford Innovation’s Enterprise Coaching Division, said: “We’ve been incredibly impressed by Round Table Solutions since we started working with the firm last year so when our UK account was up for review we had no hesitation in shortlisting them.
“All of the presentations were of a very high quality but we felt Round Table Solutions best understood our business and communication objectives so we were delighted to confirm the appointment.”
