Exchequer on the talent trail to drive forward growth
Leading finance software business, Exchequer is on the hunt for new talent as part of its plans for further growth. The expansion is part of the business’s goal of becoming the UK’s leading provider of mid-market accounting solutions.
Exchequer, which is part of Advanced Business Solutions (Advanced), provides a market leading finance system for small to medium sized businesses. The business is growing due to customer demand for high quality financial software and the upturn in the economy.
The Bournemouth-based company is looking to recruit developers, telemarketers, project, marketing and QA managers and individuals with a background in customer support to support and strengthen the existing teams.
Exchequer has won 11 awards in 15 years and its clients include Yo! Sushi, the Epilepsy Society and Bomb Cosmetics.
Greg Ford, Managing Director of Exchequer, says, “Exchequer has a strong track record of working successfully with commercial organisations to deliver quality service in a competitive market.
“We have built a strong platform to drive forward future growth and key to achieving our ambition is to invest in our staff and attract fresh talent.
“Typically we have a strong retention rate at Advanced because our people are happy to work in a dynamic environment, with ample opportunity for personal growth, promotion and training.”
Employees can expect to benefit from Advanced University, an in-house training facility which offers a variety of courses for staff.
Exchequer forms part of Advanced Business Solutions, a division of Advanced Computer Software Group plc.
