Fish and chip franchise Harry Ramsden’s appoints JLL to help search for new Yorkshire sites
VP Ventures, the first franchisee for Harry Ramsden’s fish ‘n’ chip restaurant chain, has appointed JLL to provide property advice as it searches for new sites across Yorkshire.
Harry Ramsden’s launched its new franchising initiative last autumn as part of its future growth strategy. JVP Ventures aims to have 50 outlets operating within five years and is now on the hunt for suitable premises, ranging from 1,000 – 4,000 sq ft in size, for both their Traditional Local and Restaurant concepts.
Matt Jackson, surveyor in JLL’s Leeds office, said: “We are delighted to be involved with the ambitious expansion programme of such an iconic Yorkshire brand as Harry Ramsden’s and look forward to working closely with JVP Ventures to bring the brand back to its roots.”
All suitable opportunities should be directed to Matt Jackson or Nick Ferris in JLL’s Leeds office on 0113 2616 225.
