Nolan Redshaw has been appointed to market the former Apollo Cinema headquarters at Sceptre Point in Bamber Bridge.
Situated across two floors and totalling 5,200 sq.ft, the fully refurbished, modern office space is close to the headquarters of Eric Wright Construction and Lancashire Care NHS Trust, next to the Walton Summit employment area.
Neil Higson, Senior Surveyor at Nolan Redshaw commented: “We are delighted to be appointed on such a high profile scheme, which is in a superb location at the intersection of the M6/M61 and M65. We expect to see significant interest in the space, on the market at the very competitive rate of £10.00 per sq.ft.”
