A list of what skills you need and what day-to-day duties are expected isn’t enough to ensure you get recruitment right. You’ll need to understand the right mix of personality traits, employment background and career plans, so we’ll teach you how to write an effective person specification
Advertising
We’ll assess how you publicise your current vacancies and give training on how best to maximise the return on your investment. Amongst other things this will cover internal and external advertising, jobs boards, and referrals.
Shortlisting
