Leeds marketing agency announces record growth and London expansion

Leeds based creative agency, Turn Key has announced its expansion with a new London office, new MD appointment, and financial success.

Turn Key has increased gross profit by 30% in the past year and its gross profit margin to 86% due to delivering more in-house integrated creative work.

The agency has launched a second UK office in London, which is to be headed up by newly appointed managing director, Phil Dean, former managing director of Creative Services of Communisis plc.

Over the next 12 months, the agency plans to invest more than half a million pounds into developing the existing team and bringing new talent into the business, both in the Leeds and London offices. The agency predicts a 45% increase in gross profit, and intends to grow the Turn Key family to over 50 people.

Nik Entwistle, founder of Turn Key, said: “ Our innovative approach to creativity is the reason for our exponential success over the past 14 years - we’ve consistently pushed boundaries and exceeded client expectations. Opening a second office in the south of England, which will act as an extension of the Leeds office, has always been the next natural step for us.

“Phil is the ideal person to head up our expansion into London, he comes from a strong background of leading some of the biggest creative agencies in the country. I’ve no doubt his expertise and knowledge in this competitive sector will ensure we continue to go beyond boundaries as a business.”

Phil Dean, managing director of Turn Key London added: “Turn Key’s completely unique, innovative, and original approach to integrated marketing is what really drew me in. The agency is already producing some groundbreaking work and I’ve absolutely no doubt we will continue to grow as we expand in to the London marketplace.

“Turn Key has always strived to go beyond boundaries in its approach to creativity and design, and it’s a pleasure to be leading the agency as we now go beyond the Yorkshire boundary into London too.”

Turn Key’s varied client portfolio includes; Great Lengths, Soap & Glory, DePuy Synthes Ideal Boilers, Wild Turkey, Hammerson, PPG, and Midori amongst others. Additionally, the agency is set to announce more client wins from globally recognised brands within the next three months.
