Neteven hires new London office head following $4.9 million funding round
Neteven, the European marketplace management solution, has hired Ashley Maroney from ChannelAdvisor to head up its new London office.
Ashley joins Neteven as UK Country Manager with 15 years’ experience in commercial, business development and sales management roles and will be responsible for building a full sales team in London. Ashley has extensive experience of working with high street retailers, global brands and blue chip companies. Prior to ChannelAdvisor, Ashley lead the European Sales Team at the Language Technology Centre, a SaaS project management platform and translation service provider.
Neteven specialises in helping online retailers grow their business by managing and optimising the entire online sales cycle on the leading international marketplaces. Created in 2005, it recently closed a $4.9 million Series B funding round to accelerate its European expansion. Neteven has recently opened offices in the UK and in Germany and expanded its headquarters in Paris to boost international work with retailers and marketplaces across Europe.
Neteven’s investors include A Plus Finance, ERMAK, Supremum Capital, the founders of Ogone and Concentric.

Using Neteven, retailers and brands can gain access to more than 100 million customers across Europe and the US. Neteven’s software and services are compatible with the international extensions of eBay, Amazon, Pixmania, Rakuten, Spartoo and Zalando, as well as with leading marketplaces such as La Redoute, Fnac, Cdiscount, Galeries Lafayette and Otto.
Neteven has more than 400 clients including large online retailers and brands such as Sony Europe, Toshiba, Camper, Petit Bateau and Monoprix, distributing on up to 40 marketplaces. Research and development takes place in house, allowing the Neteven team to fully integrate each marketplace into its platform and to properly address merchants’ demands.
Neteven’s software and product catalogue is available in five languages and the company has signed partnerships with companies including Magento, PrestaShop, Hybris, Gengo, Fulfilment by Amazon, Pentagon and Metapack.
