Rochdale based Recruitment Company, Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd celebrated their tenth year in business this month. The company opened in 2004 providing services in specialised recruitment sectors such as Accounts and Finance, Administration, Human Resources and Customer Service.
All founding members are experts within their division, having held senior positions elsewhere in the industry. They joined forces to create a business dedicated to traditional and productive recruiting.
An event to celebrate the milestone was held on Friday 23rd May at the famous Baum Pub with a guest list of local businesses, clients and the Mayor of Rochdale. Guests were welcomed with a drinks reception and array of canapés to toast the company milestone.
Managing director, Karen Reynolds, said “I am so proud of what we have achieved – we have a fantastic brand and business. We also have a very dedicated and hardworking team. The last 10 years have passed in a flash and I am full of optimism and drive to ensure that the next 10 years are just as successful”
Having previously won the Rochdale Business of the Year award in 2012, Recruitment Solutions are focused on their goal to spread their services throughout the Greater Manchester area, as well as other local areas and Lancashire towns. With the first ten years having been a great success, the company are aiming to enjoy their continued growth and success without losing sight of the traditional values and working practices that have so far guaranteed their place with the highly competitive Recruitment Sector.
