Guerilla appointed to launch Australian slimming product in UK
Newcastle marketing and communications agency Guerilla have been appointed to promote an Australian slimming product in the UK.
The Victoria-based owners of the brand turned to Guerilla who have experience in branding and integrated marketing campaigns across the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical sectors.
Guerilla’s campaign, worth around £400k, will feature a group of real Optislim users who have been trialing the product for three months - losing 16 stones between them.
The ‘Lost and Found’ campaign has already gone live on national TV.
Malcolm Shaw, general manager, Optislim UK said: “The Optislim Meal Replacement Programme is the leading weight loss product in Australia because it really does help people lose weight. It then helps them to maintain their weight at a sensible level.
“The campaign that Guerilla have designed is interesting because it uses real people and not actors, clearly benefiting from reducing their weight to a healthier level.”
