Your Legal Friend appoints Group litigation specialist

Your Legal Friend has announced the appointment of group litigation expert Karen Grayson. As part of Your Legal Friend’s dedicated group litigation team, Karen will provide vital support to claimants who are involved in group action legal proceedings.

The firm, which also trades as Camps Solicitors, is expanding its group litigation team in response to growing demand for its services in representing claimants who have been affected by major public incidents.

As lead solicitors on the Sonae factory fire group litigation order, Your Legal Friend are representing thousands of claimants who allege they suffered adverse health reactions following a fire at the Sonae woodchip factory in Kirkby during June 2011.

Karen is supporting on the Sonae case but will work across the full range of group litigation projects that the firm undertakes. She joins the firm from Pannone Solicitors, now part of Slater & Gordon, and has broad-ranging legal experience, including group litigation specific public and product liability expertise.
