Lancaster Samms expands with new sales consultant appointment
Independent estate agents, Lancaster Samms Ltd, has expanded its team with a new appointment.
Elkie Buckland (pictured) has been appointed sales consultant, handling enquiries from visitors and by telephone, conducting property viewings and assisting with valuations.
She joins Lancaster Samms, founded in 2012 by joint directors, Charlie Lancaster and Neil Samms, from another York estate agents.
Charlie Lancaster, a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, says: “We’ve seen continuous growth since we launched and the increasing confidence in the housing market, including from developers, has led us to make this appointment which will free up the directors’ time for developing the business.”
Lancaster Samms, High Petergate, has expertise in selling a wide range of properties, from apartments to exclusive detached family homes and historic buildings, throughout York and its surrounding villages.
