Hull based Jeremy MacLeod has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of the national IFA, pensions and employee benefits consultancy, LEBC Group with responsibility for sales, marketing, operations and IT. He joined LEBC in 2000 and has been National Sales Manager since 2010.
On his appointment Jeremy said, “These are exciting times of opportunity for LEBC and I am relishing the chance to play my part in the future direction and evolution of the business.”
Jack McVitie, LEBC’s Chief Executive said, “As our business continues to grow on a national stage, particularly within financial and retirement planning and pensions auto-enrolment, we felt it was important to have a Chief Operating Officer within our corporate structure. Having been with us for over 14 years, Jeremy understands fully the LEBC culture, ethos and ambitions and is perfect for this newly created position.”
LEBC recently reported a 39 per cent increase in operating profits and a 13.5 per cent increase in recurring revenues. There is also an ongoing recruitment programme in place to attract additional talent to meet the demands of its growing client base, the business and an ever changing sector.
