Faith PR appointed to Calderdale banqueting business
Fast-growing Leeds PR agency, Faith PR, has been appointed to handle all PR, marketing and design work for one of Calderdale’s most respected events venues, Bertie’s @ La Cachette.
Faith PR which is based on the outskirts of Leeds but operates for clients across the country, has been appointed to help the Elland-based banqueting rooms and catering company to grow its profile and raise awareness of its events and facilities.
The agency has handled the communications activity for neighbouring business La Cachette Restaurant & Bar since 2012 and when director Jon Nichols bought Bertie’s last year he gave Faith PR the opportunity to pitch for the new business’ communications work as well.
Faith PR will support the events company with a range of services including media relations, social media management, copywriting, e-marketing and design for print. The agency is also designing a new website for Bertie’s.
Bertie’s @ La Cachette, previously known as Bertie’s Banqueting Rooms, first opened its doors at Brook Street, Elland, in 1988 and is a popular venue for black-tie dinners, charity balls, prom nights, weddings and business events and has also built up a successful outside catering division.
Director of Faith PR, Stefanie Hopkins (pictured right with Carl Hopkins), said: “Having worked closely with Jon and the team at La Cachette for the past two years we’re delighted to now have the opportunity to manage all of the communications activity for its sister business, Bertie’s @ La Cachette.
“Bertie’s is one of the region’s most established and respected events and catering businesses and we look forward to raising its profile even further.”
