Skipton investment firm acquires Leeds city centre freehold commercial property

Skipton-based JN Bentley Properties Ltd, the property investment company, has acquired a freehold commercial property in Leeds City Centre.

JN Bentley has purchased 15 St Paul’s Street for an undisclosed sum.

The five-storey,c.10,000 square footoffice building,remains occupied on two floors by construction consultancy, Gardiner & Theobald, and town planning consultants, Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners.

Plans have now been drawn up to improve the entrance foyer and refurbish the reception area including the addition of a canopy above the entrance creating a commanding presence on St. Paul’s Street.

Sole selling agents Fox Lloyd Jones Ltd has been retained by JN Bentley Properties to market the remaining three fully refurbished and contiguous floors, which are available in suites from c. 1,000 to 7,500 square feetin total at a highly competitive rent.
