Water bottle firm Osprey teams with Monmouthshire County Council to supply British Cycling National Road Championships
Birkenhead-based water bottle manufacturer Osprey has completed a deal with Monmouthshire County Council to supply the British Cycling National Road Championships.
The firm has agreed a deal with the South Wales council – which is hosting the event from June 26-29 – to provide branded water bottles and other branded merchandise.
The British Cycling National Road Championships this year will feature double Olympic gold medallist from London 2012 Laura Trott and Giro d’Italia star Alex Dowsett.
“We are thrilled to have teamed up with Monmouthshire County Council to supply the championships,” said Osprey sales manager Alun Simpson.
“To be associated with an event of such magnitude is really exciting for us and we are proud to be able to help keep some of Britain’s finest athletes hydrated so they can deliver their best performances.”
Osprey manufactures water bottles for all kinds of uses, from sporting activities to the classroom. Their bottles, which feature guaranteed non-spill lids, are available to order from www.ospreyuk.com.
