Liverpool ONE increases restaurant offer with Bill’s
National restaurant group Bill’s is to launch its flagship branch in the Liverpool ONE retail precinct this summer.
This will be the first branch of the popular dining chain in the Liverpool City Region, and only its second in the North West as a whole.
Famed for its ‘breakfast to bedtime’ menu, the restaurant, which will open in August, will be based on Thomas Steers Way near Chavasse Park and the gateway to Liverpool’s prestigious waterfront.
Donna Howitt, Marketing Director at Liverpool ONE, said: “We’re enormously excited to be welcoming Bill’s to the city. It’s a fantastic brand that has proved incredibly popular across the country and we’re confident it will be a welcome addition to the city’s dining offering.
“We are delighted that Liverpool ONE has been chosen as the destination for the flagship branch and in such a prominent location.
“We are driven to bring the best brands available to our customers. We have a unique selection of restaurants, bars and cafes that call Liverpool ONE home, and we’re proud to be welcoming Bill’s into the city.”
The announcement follows a record year for Liverpool ONE’s restaurants and cafés, with sales up by 23 per cent last year.
Other new dining arrivals in the last six months includes Ed’s Easy Diner, independent coffee house, Home, the first TGI Friday’s in Liverpool, and the first Hotel Chocolat Cocoa Café-Bar in the North West.
Liverpool ONE is one of Europe’s leading retail and leisure destinations, set in the heart of Liverpool city centre. Built around the existing streets of Liverpool, the 1.65million sq ft contemporary open-air complex is aimed at those who love to shop, eat, drink and relax.
Liverpool ONE includes over 160 stores, bars and restaurants, a fantastic 14 screen cinema, an indoor adventure golf course and a five-acre park. Stores include high street favourites such as Topshop, John Lewis and Debenhams. Liverpool ONE has recently welcomed Liverpool’s first T.G.I Friday’s to its leisure terrace.
Liverpool ONE has been awarded Green Flag Status for its Chavasse Park. The Green Flag Award Scheme is judged by Keep Britain Tidy. Liverpool ONE is the only new city centre commercial development in the country to include a park with Green Flag status.
