Agency cements growth with key appointment

Award winning PR agency, Cream, has strengthened its senior team with the key appointment of marketing, PR and social media expert, Donna Bedford.

Donna joins South Yorkshire based Cream in the new role of Associate Director as the company predicts substantial growth in 2014. Bringing with her a wealth of experience gained in full service marketing agencies in London, Sheffield and most recently top Leeds agency, Fantastic Media, Donna will be the lead contact on a number of new accounts and take internal responsibility for driving business development and process implementation.

Cream had been on the lookout for a senior team member whose capabilities would complement those of the existing team. The company has grown rapidly in the last six months with its client base more than doubling. Cream’s directors, Jane Whitham and Elizabeth Hudson had recognised the need for someone with the business acumen and drive to maintain that rate of progress.

Donna said: “I was keen to move into a role with a long term future. It was clear from the outset that Cream’s working practices and ethics were very similar to my own and the opportunity to grow with such an exciting young agency was too good to miss. I’m thrilled to be able to help steer the business over the coming months and years and looking forward to the challenges that will bring!”
