JLL re-appointed as agents at Trinity Leeds shopping centre
JLL’s retail team have been re-appointed as joint agents on the one million sq ft Trinity Leeds shopping centre, with responsibility for all retail agency work.
The award winning scheme which opened in March 2013, comprises 120 shops and restaurants over three floors.
JLL have been agents on the project since 2007. When the scheme opened last year, 90% of the space was let. The figure now stands at 97.5%.
Damian Sumner, head of retail agency at JLL commented: “This win further underlines JLL’s standing as a premier Shopping Centre leasing agency firm.
“Trinity Leeds is fast becoming a national retail as well as JLL success story, which showcases what innovations we can deliver to retail locations.
“A prime example of this is the new food concept, ‘Trinity Kitchen’, a multi-million pound investment and new unique approach to food and leisure.”
Gerald Jennings, from Land Securities added: “JLL also act for Land Securities across their wider shopping centre portfolio including White Rose in Leeds, St David’s Cardiff and The Bridges , Sunderland.”
Central Retail are joint agents on the scheme.
