Heritage Commercial Finance up for Two "Oscars"

A financial lender from East Yorkshire is thrilled to have been nominated for two national awards.

The Bridging and Commercial Awards are considered the Oscars of the finance world. This year family-owned Heritage Commercial Finance, based in Welton, is up against some of the UK’s biggest companies in the hope of winning the coveted Service of Excellence Award.

They were voted in by business associates, finance brokers and customers alike who have all been impressed with their service.

Business Manager David Stead has also been nominated as a finalist in the category of Best Bridging Business Development Manager of the Year.

Allison Lee, Director of Heritage Commercial Finance, said:

“Helping SMEs find funding can be vital to their survival and so it is incredibly exciting and humbling to be finalists at these awards. We are patrons of the National Association of Commercial Financial Brokers (NACFB) and we work closely with them to promote the many forms of finance available to help businesses.

“We always make sure we look after our clients and keep in touch with them throughout the lending process. We work together as a team, working alongside brokers and solicitors, to ensure the process is as smooth as possible and the outcome is the best possible one for the client. To win the awards would be a great coup and we thank all those who have voted for us and continue to support us.

“We are also delighted that our solicitor Adam Waller, from Graham and Rosen Solicitors in Hull, is also in line for the Best Bridging Legal Partner award.”

Winners will be announced at a special garden party at the exclusive Hurlingham Club in London on June 26th.
